I know the author, Debbie Corum, personally so I had high expectations for this book! It was beyond my expectations!!! She brings the whole story to life through wonderful little details from start to finish. Whether you are a long time Christian, new to the faith, or have no idea what I am talking about you will find this book inspiring and faith building. I tore through the pages in one night because after starting I had to know how it finished. Now I can't wait to read it again and catch all the tidbits that I missed and enjoy it all over!Product details

Outstanding read! Debbie Corum captured my attention from page one and kept me engaged and eager to turn the next page all the way through. She is masterful in bringing the characters to life, propelling them through a compelling plot and giving me a vivid mental picture throughout the story. Finally, I love how Debbie wove the understory of Christ's relationship and influence with these people's lives and struggles in such a natural way, making the story highly insightful and reflective of how we all struggle with and without God but without preaching it.
For the author's first go at a novel, I'd say "wow!". Can't wait for the next one.
I wish I could say I am an avid reader, but I'm not. Whatever I read has to pull me in by the first or second page or I'm a goner. It seems I fall asleep when I read. Don't know why.
Let me tell you something, I loved this book from the beginning to the end. As Debbie describes the surroundings, in your mind you can vividly imagine the house where Zoe and Ella lived, the nosy neighbor, Troys anger and Lance's love. She brought it all together lovingly and how God can work in mysterious ways. Thank You Debbie for such a wonderful read! I'll be waiting for your next book. Hurry!

I love a book that hooks me within the first few pages! The use of words was masterful as I could easily “picture” each character and scene unfolding before my eyes as I read. The Passage of Zoe Fuller is beautifully crafted, and is so much more than what the prologue promises to bring. I found it a compelling, thought provoking and extraordinary example of how the Lord’s presence can be seen in every aspect of our life as promised in Romans 1129; “For God's gifts and His call are irrevocable. [He never withdraws them when once they are given, and He does not change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call.]”.
This book was a few nights of reading well spent! I look forward to reading more from this author.
I love stories. Even though this book is fiction it seemed realistic enough to me. This stuff could have happened in real life and while reading it I felt like I was there, in the book as one of the characters. I love when a book can draw me in like that. This book was given to me as a gift and it took me a while to actually pick it up and read it because the back blurb really didn't spark my interest enough to dive right in. However, when I did pick it up on a rainy Saturday morning I ended up getting caught up in it and finished it that weekend. It really is a good story and a very entertaining read. I can tell if a story really impacts me if it comes to mind again and again weeks later, even months. I have found myself going through life thinking that someone reminds me of a Zoe, or a Gladys or a Lance and that makes me think of how God was so present and good to them in this story and how much truth there really is to that. It's a book that I would recommend to a friend.
I loved this book he description of the people was very clear the book twist and turns that kept you guessing and the ending was good I hope Debbie Corum continues writing many more books this was a winner
I didn't want to put it down! I have read many Christian fiction books and I would compare this book,equally as good if not better, than some I've read by well known authors such as Tracie Peterson or Karen Kingsbury. This book challenged me and encouraged me to not be so quick to form opinions about others so quickly.It's an excellent book,I highly recommend it and I hope we see many more from thus author in the future!
I can't express how much I loved this book! ZOE was running from an abusive man , that was determined to Kill her. Little did she know that she was running into the arms of the Lord. The book was insightful and caught the victim's fear exactly right!
